Ranni Hillyer joined Civic Edge Consulting in 2020 as their Business Administrator. In this role, Ranni assists the Leadership Team with day-to-day Administration, Human Resources, and Business Operations.
Ranni comes with over over 25 years of banking experience, starting as a Vice President with Bank of America, managing their Flagship Branch in a variety of retail, commercial lending and financial products. Later she joined the bank’s Private Banking division where she oversaw a diversified wealth management portfolio, delivering end-to-end credit, estate administration, and trust services.
Post-bank merger, Ranni joined a boutique Private Equity firm in San Diego where she was responsible for assisting portfolio companies in streamlining functions, solidifying financial positions, orchestrating global growth, and overseeing regulatory oversight efforts.
Ranni sits on a couple of local Accelerator Advisory groups supporting transportation, climate change, and AI for business start-ups.
Ranni holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, with a minor in Financial Services from University of Birmingham, United Kingdom
