Zoe Harris
Community Connector

Zoe Harris’s interest in communications and outreach began with a neighborhood beautification project in high school. Since then, she has honed her ability to effectively connect the public sector with the communities it serves. Zoe excels at making the technical information about large-scale infrastructure projects accessible, supporting merchants during challenging construction projects, and implementing robust outreach campaigns. Zoe holds a B.A. in history from Carleton College and a Masters of Public Policy from Mills College. Before returning home to San Francisco, Zoe biked cross-country, twice.
