We brought together world-renowned experts for a day-long conference where people learned more about how this technology could reshape the way we move through the world!



Raising the Profile of a New Endeavor

When Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) entered a partnership to create GoMentum Station, its autonomous vehicles proving ground, most people had only a passing understanding of how autonomous vehicles might work, if they were familiar with them at all. Civic Edge helped to produce the Redefining Mobility Summit, a now annual gathering of world-renowned autonomous and connected vehicle experts, to educate policy makers as well as the public and to establish Contra Costa as a leader in the transportation technology space.



Creating a Summit with International Pull

The Civic Edge team strives to tackle all of the details of event production so that our clients can be truly present on their big day. In the case of the Redefining Mobility Summit, that meant creating a visual identity for the event, developing an app for attendees, managing ticketing, promotions, social media, securing audio visual support, wayfinding materials, managing speaker presentations, and day of support, including liaising with press, speakers, and elected officials. The result has been a wildly popular event, now going into its fifth year. Attendees come from around the world to hear from top transportation thinkers – and return home holding GoMentum Station and the Contra Costa Transportation Authority in even higher esteem.
